Artificial Intelligence is at the heart of the doctrine put in place by the Pentagon, and replicated in the American armies, to maintain the military ascendancy on the battlefields in the decades to come. Now, the majority of current programs, whether armored vehicles with the US Army OMFV program, combat drones with the US Air Force Skyborg program, or naval drones with the Large Unmanned Surface Vessel program, all plan to integrate an important component of Artificial Intelligence to control the machines, analyze the environments and prioritize the actions to be carried out. But the US Air Force also anticipates the vulnerabilities of these systems, in particular to techniques known as "spoofing".
